I dont wanna email so i will doit off the mes b. First of all spirits do not come to you just so you can blab about them. They come to you in confidence to not constantly talk about them. They do not mind it if you talk to someone who would believe you. But if you tell everyone they will not want to contact you. The way to tell of sensing a ghost is if you FEEL its there, not if you THINK its there.If you THINK its there its only your imagination running riot.  The only way to strengthen your senses is to depend more on what you feel. For example; If feel like someone is upset believe that they are, if you feel a certain person is about to phone you expect that they do. Do not expect your feelings to work first time round. They need strengthening and will only strengthen if you believe in it. Its only then that you start to really sense the ghosts and encouter them. BUT if you think that you will freak out if you did sense a ghost then dont bother trying as it will take a while for it to all go away.  |
